WCA invests over two million dollars each year to our customer's access to the best service organization in their region. Our team consists of nearly 70 technical professionals. Furthermore, WCA spends over half a million dollars each year on training to assure that our technicians stay up to date with all of the latest IT changes and developments.

The OEM Production Division at Whalley Computer Associates custom designs and builds high quality servers and server appliances that remain available for up to four years with the same components and specifications.
As a result of the current pandemic, WCA has canceled all of our in person events for the remainder of 2020. The Encore Technology Conference event that was scheduled for September 30th and October 1st and our annual Foxwoods Technology Conference events scheduled for December 3rd and 4th will be canceled this year. The safety of our customers, employees and vendors is our number one concern.
